Just as we were finishing up the Evergreen project house (a historic home the Juniper team restored and sold last year), our friends from Brick + Mortar Properties and Burdette Cabinet Co restored a home just across the street! It was fun to come in and help early on in the renovation and design brainstorming process. I wasn’t able to stop by at all during the Covid shut-downs, but it was so amazing to come back after the renovation and see the drastic transformation. Brick + Mortar did a lot of the staging here, but invited us in to help with that last layer of styling and wall decor.  I love this beautiful home! (And if you’re local, check out the new listing here!)

The kitchen in this home is especially amazing (zero surprises there – Burdette Cabinet Co is the best in the business. I used them for my own kitchen renovation and had the best experience!)

I hope you enjoy these photos of this beautiful home! We included a sources list at the end of this post, but please feel free to follow Brick + Mortar and Burdette Cabinet Co and reach out to them if you have questions!

  1. Beautiful! The kitchen is stunning. Curious if any readers recognize the counter top material and know the source? I’ve been looking for something with this type of movement in a quartz and haven’t found anything quite right.

  2. OMG the facing on the range hood and the pantry—what is that? It looks incredible! Really love this kitchen.

  3. I’ve been inspired to put the Fusk Cherry LVP in my home by you! In my mind I think I can do it myself but doubt is telling me to pay someone to do it. Going around the corners of the closet and getting the trim right are where I’m nervous! Do you have any tutorials anywhere or suggestions of other DIY bloggers who shows you how to do it?

  4. The house is so pretty and beautiful, i love the combination of each and everything over their.

  5. Can you please tell me the name of the counter top information? I have been looking for the same with subtle veining. thank you!
