Mostly just that there is more than one of them. :) There is a powder bath on the parlor level, and any powder bath to me just begs to be adventurous! Look how sad the bachelors made this bathroom! It’s down right desperate for some love and better lighting.

I can’t decide about that little sink. It’s original I guess and it could be sort of cute with a skirt?

The designs are so gorgeous! But the fabric is really hard to find and it is extremely expensive. We splurged on one yard of the Ceylon print at Just Scandinavian in Tribeca.

We used this down blend insert from Pottery Barn Teen because the dimensions were perfect for one long pillow on Joanna and Alex’s queen size bed (most body pillows would have been too long).

Porthault Linens" align="left" style="margin: 0 20px 20px 0;max-width:560px;max-width:100%" />
Jackie O, Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly and Coco Chanel all used D. Porthault bed linens. They are uber luxurious, and come with a price tag to match.

The company has a big white sale twice a year and the next one starts this coming Monday, the 16th. I’ve been dying to go and just see if there’s anything even remotely affordable. After all, 40-80% off of very expensive = still expensive.

As if I needed fuel to add to the fire, Lonny posted this image on their blog yesterday, and I’m dying over that pattern!

That doesn’t mean I’m not totally jealous of all you lucky Atlanta readers that can visit L&S in person!

The easiest way to spruce up your home is to introduce a new fabric with some pillows, a little stool or bench or some new drapes. L&S is giving away another $100 to one of you readers.
