Interesting Overhead Lighting in Bedrooms

I’m working on a bedroom project right now that needs a really awesome overhead light to replace the boring ceiling fan. A chandelier? Lantern? Drum shade? Here are some of the photos that are inspiring me… Not a bedroom (but I’m loving this light!) What’s your favorite type of overhead lighting?
