Isn’t it funny how the little, last minute  design choices can often end up being the star of a room? I had an idea to add a little spice shelf above our range with just a super simple 3″ piece of stained pine moulding, hung with cheap L-brackets that were spray painted gold. I love having a place to perch all my pretty little salts and oils.

Speaking of my favorite oils, Oliviers & Co. is a wonderful business that produces the most beautiful and delicious artisanal oils and vinegars, condiments, crackers and culinary creations. They put intense pride in every step of production, and the quality shows!

My favorite kind of easy meals are the snacky ones with fruits and breads and cheeses. My girls definitely inherited a similar love – they attacked this spread as soon as I turned my camera off! :)

Oliviers & Co. sent over an assorted mix of their best sellers, including the best-tasting olive oil I have ever had in my life (the green tin I now have on my spice shelf) and the most incredible balsamic vinegars. The vinegar on the far right was infused with fig and it was so, so delicious. I can’t wait to make a vinaigrette with it! Maybe using some of the white truffle sea salt too? I’ve been scouring their food blog for recipes and ideas, and referencing their helpful How To Taste guide for olive oils.

These jams were amazing! I put a little honey goat cheese on one of their tortas sweet olive oil crackers with a swipe of peach and apricot jam and I thought I was in heaven. There is muscat and almond in the fruit spread that makes the flavor so beyond the norm, and I feel like that is true with all of their products. A foodie’s dream-come-true!

  1. Oh! I would just love to try their olive and lemon chutney!

On a side note: I'm not a big commenter but I've really been enjoying your blog for a while now. Your decorating taste is right up my alley!

  2. So many delicious things to choose from! The Black Currant Mint Jam intrigues me as does some of their organic skin care products. I'd love to try the olive oil, the ketchup, all the chutneys, and I love flavored vinegars…..! Thanks for the opportunity!

  3. So many different things to try. I would love to try some of the different olive oils, the dried pasta(saffron tagliatelle sounds delicious as does the red chili penne).
I also love the plum olive oil decanter.

  4. Love their products– especially their soap! But if given a chance I'd like to try the basil oil and balsamic vinegar combo! First time post for me, but I am obsessed with your blog and adore your fabulous style!

  5. I'm a sucker for a good while balsamic – I'd love to try their oregano version.

Thank you for the great give away!

  6. wow – so many delicious options! And thank you for helping me find a new gift source for my foodie mom! :)

I love the idea of a salad dressing involving that fig balsamic vinegar… yum!

  7. I would love to try the chili oil & Pomegranate meli-melo set. My husband and I love trying oil and vinegar mixes for dipping sauces and to marinate meats in. Would love to sample everything!

  8. Hands down the Basil Red Wine Vinegar. I use my father's vinaigrette recipe, reminding me of home. They have big pots of basil flanking the front door in the summer, the smell when you walk through is amazing! This vinegar would be a little bit of home away from home.

  9. I think the Wild Poppy Vinegar sounds very intriguing – I bet it would be incredible on a salad (arugula, goat cheese, cranberries, red onion… mmmmmm).

  10. The Zucchini & Goat Cheese Delice sounds amazing for an afternoon snack spread. I don't know that I've seen that combo before. I would also HAVE to get the truffle salts- would be perfect on pasta or risotto!

  11. Dang it all looks so good, but if I had to try just one thing? Um how about the chestnut and pair fruit spread.

  12. I would love the fig balsamic or aged balsamic. Or the table cruet. Or the olive & bergamot oil. There's just so many to chose from!

  13. How can I pick just one? I'd like to try good, old fashioned olive oil with a few drops of their balsamic vinegar mixed in there for a dipping sauce.

  14. I love Balsalmic vinegar. I never thought of trying it with other flavorings or oils. I need a home chef to visit me and show me all the wonderful possibilities!

  15. Is "one of each" an acceptable answer? What beautiful products. I'd say the Green Olive & Almond Tapenade tempted me the most. megp47 at gmail dot com.
