Oh, 500 would be very helpful in getting some properly sized furniture for my new bedroom.
We moved into a new (old) house last Monday.The upstairs bathrooms have carpet. (With2 boys!) I would like to tile the floors..
If I won $500 to Home Depot I would give my kitchen a little makeover with black walls, brass hardware, and new bamboo shades!
We have a never ending list of projects for our house…but if I won the $500 gift card, I'd put it towards new interior doors throughout the house plus hardware.
My husband and I are in the process of working on our nursery for the baby we'll have in about 5 months – would LOVE to get some materials for projects in there!
Love your laundry room! I would use the $500 Home Depot gift card to cross something off my 'to buy/to do' list, like replacing our brown, worn, hollow core interior doors with something solid and paneled, then paint them black. Crossing my fingers!

My husband and I bought our "forever" home in January and we've been busy since then working on each room nearly every weekend. If I was lucky enough to win the $500 Home Depot giftcard, I'd spend it on new tile and lighting for our half bathroom!
I'm also ready to tackle our laundry room – though it's in the basement, so this $500 would help a ton with making sure we have some clean organization down there and plenty of lumber for my husband to tackle the shelving and basics!
I would build the Island in our Kitchen, it's the last item on our list to finish our kitchen.

This would be an amazing win. Fingers and toes crossed! I'd buy new paint for the kitchen. Painted it grey– which looks awesome in the bedroom, but looks purple and hideous in the kitchen. Not fun, and can't really swing the price of repainting right now. So, $500 would go a long may toward soothing my sanity, lol!
As a renter, I wasn't able to enter the laundry room contest, but $500 from Home Depot would go a long way in renter-approved improvements (like taking care of the horrible paint job in the bathroom!)
What project am I NOT working on? ;) My own laundry room needs a new floor: The room is an addition to my historic home added on sometime around the 30's, and I just added a foundation underneath it. Now the inside needs some help! Thanks for the chance :)
