Yellow Acrylic Tray

I need a tray just like this. Any ideas? I thought CB2 has something similar a while back, but no-go. via NYSD P.S. What do you think of the mirrored kitchen counter tops here? Gorgeous! But, I wonder how practical?

  1. I like that the countertops are something I have never seen before, but personally I think it would just drive me crazy while cooking. Plus it would take very little to start looking cluttered. They are pretty though!

  2. West Elm has some similar in lacquered wood and they have a great yellow color! Mirrored counters are beautiful I think – you just have to come to terms with living with smudges!!

  3. Pearl River has beautiful two-tone (one color on the inside and a contrasting color on the outside) trays. I saw them this past weekend,

  4. That tray costs like $5.00 from Garden Ridge. We have a couple in white and yellow. If you need it I can mail to you. In person the yellow is not as pretty as it photographs. I leave our white one out on our bar. Let me know :) Kristen

  5. That is really a mirror counter top. That would be so great for a NY apartment. That tray is such a great color.Could you that sunny color in our house.

  6. I have seen mirrored back splashes which are so fun.
I think mirror is making a huge come-back. I spotted a fun yellow tray on e-bay. Bet you could find one of those in florida.
pier one or west elm have trays too-
"smoke and mirrors"- yes! Love both!

  7. Target has trays like this. I'm not sure what colors they have right now but they always have white and red. I've gotten the West Elm trays and the quality is terrible. They chip immediately! Not worth it!

  8. West Elm has the small yellow (peridot)small Rectangle: 18"w x 14"d x 2.25"h still available. Other sizes are sold out. $29. Run, don't walk!

  9. I bought a tray almost exactly the same in a blue at Kmart a couple years ago – it was out with summer picnic items. –cheap and it is still going strong

  10. Looks like a Zak Designs tray (sold at places like Bloomingdales, Gracious Home…and sometimes featured on One Kings Lane). Didn't see yellow on my Google search, but it might be in-store.

  11. No idea where to find the tray, but I love the countertops! With kids, if I were going for that look, I would use mirrors for a backsplash instead of the counters.

  12. We have black mirrored kitchen countertops, and they are a beautiful when I clean them, the rest of the time they look very dusty, or spotted, and the edges always have finger prints where my boys grab a hold to peer onto the counters. We are re-doing the kitchen in the next year or two, and I'm on the fence about whether or not to change them out. I think for-sure the island will be getting something a little more practical…

  13. NO MIRRORED-topped anything in the kitchen or eating area. No way. No how. Show kitchens only. I have a piece of glass covering my dining room table and I want to shoot myself in the head for EVER acquiring it in the first place.

Unless you have a maid who is permanently stationed in your kitchen. In that case, go on with your bad-self and your mirrored countertops

  14. I've been looking for trays like that, too…but in a print. I have seen them at Target, but I'm not sure if I'm loving the prints they have.

The mirrored look is definitely fun, but surely impractical!

  15. Funny enough I saw something very similar at Joann's the other day with their summer line of accessories and things. good luck!

  16. We went with glass countertops — LOVE them, and they actually are pretty easy to keep clean. Granted we don't have kids, but they are non porous, great color w/ our copper backsplash and when the LED lights are lit with just the pendants, it's very romantic! 17. West Elm will have the tray and the mirrored countertop is interesting but not very practical since it will show dirt, finger prints and scratches galore. Second, I drop stuff all the time, so unless it's shatter proof, then it's an accident waiting to happen.

  18. I'm pretty sure Target had these not too long ago!

Whatever you're planning to do with it, I'm sure it will be amazing!

  19. I bought a tray just like that from Home Goods/ TJ Maxx. It just depends on what they have in stock at the time. But it's worth a shot to check!!
