L&S really is my go-to source for pretty, reasonably priced fabrics. Here’s what would be on my short list, if I had a $100 gift card to use at L&S:

I use this Fioretto fabric in a lot of projects and it just might be making an appearance in our next apartment. It makes for really beautiful drapes and great pillows.

No need to remind you about this suzani print. I use it all the time. And I get it from L&S.

These two fabrics below would make for some AMAZING curtain panels:

blue and white

yellow links

Leopard print is my favorite animal print. This one is just the right size and uses the right amount of black for me. I love that it’s a little bit ikat-ish.

Caitlin pointed out recently that this fretwork fabric looks really similar to one of my favorite China Seas patterns, Java Java.

My friend Katy used this link fabric on the euro shams in her bedroom.

Want to copy the skirted console we did in my parent’s living room? Here’s where you can get the ikat fabric.

To enter to win the $100 voucher, please check out the Lewis and Sheron site and leave a comment with your favorite pattern and what project you’d use the fabric for.

Readers who add L&S as a Facebook friend will get an extra entry.

Contest closes Sunday, July 11 at midnight. The winning entry will be selected by random.org. Good luck!!

  1. I just got CRAZY chills!! I have been staring at my blank kitchen windows for the past 20 minutes and thought of this fabric – convinced that it is what I need for the windows – only question was how was I going to afford it? Logged onto your blog and THERE it was. I am a long time Lewis and Sheron devotee. I moved from Atlanta 2 years ago and it is my first stop when I go back to visit – there is NOTHING like it in San Antonio.

  2. Small talk in the mint julep color. I think that the fabric would make some really cute curtains for my kitchen- once I repaint it. I also love that suzani fabric that you mentioned. I would hang it in a frame.

  3. So many choices but I am loving linen lately so I would go with Robin in Aqua or Sag Harbor in Pearl. I would make throw pillows to add color to my white sofa.

  4. Ohh, so many pretties! I am a sucker for paisley – I love the colors in the "glint" one. I've been thinking about how to add aqua to the warm reds in my living room – pillows or a footstool in this fabric might might just hit the spot.

  5. Hi,
    The striped woven #1094772
    is beautiful.
I would make some throw pillows for my all white slipcover sofa to tie in my coastal cottage look.
    Love it.

    Thanks

  6. I loved looking at all their fabrics and I really like one called City Line and IT IS ON SALE. I have a chair in my husbands study that is calling out for that fabric. Thanks for the opportunity to win it.

  7. I love everything!!! I wish I had the money to buys some! My top picks are: primavera, suzani, alisa, caprise and st. regis. I can't even pick a favorite!! I have so many sewing projects I want to do but, first and foremost, I need to make some sweet pillows for our bare couch so, that must come first!

  8. such cute fabrics. I have never ordered fabrics online. I just always assumed I couldn't afford it, so I have made due with what I can find at stores. But these fabrics are so cute. I feel so inspired to finally finishing covering a few of my couches! And if I could do it with $100 off that would be even more awesome!! Thanks!

  9. its super hard to pick one (because they are all gorgeous and i, too, am obsessed with fabrics!), but i love the blue and white. i feel the need for perhaps a new side chair or some pillow shams!

  10. So hard to choose a favorite! I like the green fretwork or the suzani print. I have a chair in the garage that has been waiting for the right fabric to be reupholstered!

  11. I think that i want it all, but i think thati could finally get some of the ikat fabric that i have been looking at to do my bedroom curtain wall.

  12. I could really use a few yards of the Bedazzle in Silver Lining for a project for my bedroom… I hope I win – there's so much awesome fabric at great prices!

  13. I am redoing a daybed for our guest bed and think the R-Elyse style in yellow would be perfect with the pale grey walls and warm white trim or Soho silver for the curtains in the same room.

  14. OOh I so hope I win!

I would use any of the fretwork patterns – they're my go-to faves. I'm going to take an upholstery class so I'd either get fabric for that, or to make new pillows for my living room chairs that we just acquired.

  15. Is that the suzani on which you gave birth? Truly an all-purpose fabric!

    B. in Arizona

  16. Cat's cradle in River or shanghai toile…I'd find a place for them! :) I probably should just get loads of blackout lining to finish the projects I already have fabric for…

  17. There are so many great fabrics!! I'm so glad you helped me discover them. I really love the first one you wrote about, Fioretto. We are renovating a 100 year old home and that would be perfect in our living room as curtains.

  18. I want to use a pink Staceage taffeta for some romans in my daughter's room. Or the link fabric (in the tan) for a nice roll arm club chair…when I finally find it.

  19. I would use the bedazzle in green to reupholster a corner settee in my living room – the perfect place to re-read Anna Karenina or gaze out the window with a cup of coffee.

I would make pillows for my living room couch with the Kamala Kilim.

Actually, the possibilities on L&S are endless. So many great options!!

  20. AHhhh! Too many awesome fabrics. I would do *Links* for two wing-back chairs in an ugly mauve velvet that are begging to be recovered! Or maybe *Fahri* in Hibiscus! No no no… *Ellora*! For sure ***Ellora*** in Paprika. Oh man, it would go so wonderfully in my living room!

  21. I would definitely pick the Fioretto in Graphite…. our new house is all in grey and ivory and I think this would be perfect for some large floor pillows.

  22. So many that would be perfect for recovering my dining room chairs – but I think Cornwall in Garden would be just great … colors are wonderful :)

  23. I would be beside myself if I won this one! I would probably make some pillows out of a lattice print or maybe Ikat since I'm working on my sewing skills. Although I might be brave and try making an ottoman like the one you did with your coffee table!

  24. i have had a beautiful wingback chair in the ugliest shade of maroon dying for some ikat fabric! its been sitting in my living room for over a year. please help!

of course i love the one that is 60 bucks a yard :)
