L&S really is my go-to source for pretty, reasonably priced fabrics. Here’s what would be on my short list, if I had a $100 gift card to use at L&S:

I use this Fioretto fabric in a lot of projects and it just might be making an appearance in our next apartment. It makes for really beautiful drapes and great pillows.

No need to remind you about this suzani print. I use it all the time. And I get it from L&S.

These two fabrics below would make for some AMAZING curtain panels:

blue and white

yellow links

Leopard print is my favorite animal print. This one is just the right size and uses the right amount of black for me. I love that it’s a little bit ikat-ish.

Caitlin pointed out recently that this fretwork fabric looks really similar to one of my favorite China Seas patterns, Java Java.

My friend Katy used this link fabric on the euro shams in her bedroom.

Want to copy the skirted console we did in my parent’s living room? Here’s where you can get the ikat fabric.

To enter to win the $100 voucher, please check out the Lewis and Sheron site and leave a comment with your favorite pattern and what project you’d use the fabric for.

Readers who add L&S as a Facebook friend will get an extra entry.

Contest closes Sunday, July 11 at midnight. The winning entry will be selected by random.org. Good luck!!

  2. Really awesome contest – thank you! Would LOVE the Fioretto fabric for some pillows on my window seat (which is covered in an indoor/outdoor fabric from L & S).
    THANKS!

  3. What a great resource, thanks!

I saw so much to consider but for now, I would say I would pick dodgeball (it seems like that might not be the name as I type it, 'twas a green with small dot fabric) and the pink houndstooth in the kids fabrics. I did my girls room a little too "kiddie" initially and need to add some fabrics in to bring it back to something I can live with!

  4. Wow …what a great site!! I was looking for something very much like Bryce in blue but eventually gave up! Thanks for the great fabric source.

  5. I have been eyeing the acorn filagree for some window treatments. Love your blog!

And I'm going to friend them on facebook too!

    Paula

  6. I just went to Atlanta yesterday and got samples of lots of fun fabric! Right now, I have my eye on Reticello-DK. I don't know what I want to do with it yet, but I love it! I am their Facebook friend too!

  7. ooh i love the ikat fabric..and this website! Even if i dont win I think im going to have to buy some to make large pillows for my couch!

    Thanks :)
    Carla

  8. I would probably pick the suzani or the blue and white or the ikats. They are all fabulous. Great giveaway.

  9. I love that cross-section in green. So fresh and modern, but traditional all at the same time. It would make some PERFECT pillows for my sewing/guest room.

  10. I'm trying to plan a fabulous gender-neutral nursery. I love the "Aviary" fabric, in either brown or yellow – either one would make incredible drapes, or a lamp shade, or cushions, and would be a great jumping-off point for the whole room!

  11. The Ikat fabric is beautiful! I need to cover an ugly table that holds my keyboard–I may copy what you did for your parents room.

    Thanks!

  12. The Armistar linen fabric is stunning.. perfectly subtle and soft for some beautiful new drapes I am dreaming about! Fun giveaway, thanks for the chance!
    Flick :)

  13. LOVE the ADA in Linen, but am blown away by the entire PAGE of Ikats! I have become kind of obcessed with Ikats lately– just love the elegent/ethnic feel of them. Planning a new bedskirt and shams for my master bedroom and I think the Ada for shams with a complementary small stripe for the skirt would be great! Thanks for the awesome resource- – I am filling up my "Favorites" thanks to you!

  14. I would probably use Cats Cradle in our soon to be redone family room {cobalt and kelly green}…although I'd be tempted to splurge on an animal print for…well, anywhere my husband would loet me use it.

  15. So many pretty fabrics! Some of my faves are the Ikats, Ellora, Simon, Tribal Thread, Twizzler and Unlinxed.
    Thanks for the great source!
    Lisa

  16. I really love the links fabric you featured in this post. Otherwise, it is overwhelming how many wonderful fabrics they have! One that I love is Cornwall in Garden. I have no idea where I'd use it but I love the colors.

  17. Such a great giveaway! I need fabric for my bathroom roman shades and to cover my dining room chairs. Loving matteo, khandar, lattice, fioretto and after reading these comments I'll probably have a couple of other favorites, too.

  18. I have such a hard time choosing, but I love the fretwork – I would use it on this amazing vintage chair I am dying to recover.

  19. I think I'd end up with the 20779 terracotta damask wanting to be drapes, or some of the checkmate fabric which I'd use to slipcover our living room chairs… (wow- did I just say that *I* would slipcover the chairs…. that'd be a big job, but…. yeah. I'd do it…it'd totally be worth it.) :)

  20. So many choices, but I love a good IKAT and I love the Bedazzle in silver lining. Perfect for upholstered dining room chairs or drapes in my bedroom!

  21. I love the Emilio and the cross section in charcol. not sure what I would do with them, maybve curtains or pillows or recover a lamp shade but I would definitely love to add them to my ever growing fabric collection!

  22. L&S is also one of my favorites. I have so many projects I need to do for our house… I could really use any of their fabrics for anything! But to be boring, I really need some new pillows on the couch, and I'd get the Slubby Linen in Bone for that.

  23. Love the cross section green! And I love L&S and am fortunate to only live about 1.5 hours away from their store. Not sure how you know if we "liked" them on Facbook, but I did.

    Thanks.

  24. Great giveaway! I would love thatcher in cocoa to reupholster or slip a pair of vintage drexel armchairs (CL score- $30 for the pair!) for my bedroom. I "liked" L&S on facebook, but couldn't see a way to friend them- I'm FB challenged! Thanks for the chance!

  25. What a fun site. Fabric adds so much to a room.

I would decorate a chair in the blue Cross Section to add a pop of interest in our bedroom.
