Welcome to our newest LGN sponsor: La Plates!

La Plates offers personalized 10″ melamine plates, salad/dinner plates, platters, placemats, acrylic trays and ice buckets, cups and napkins, coolers and totes.

Lara Shelton started La Plates in 2008 with the goal of bringing fashionably hip and casual/kid-friendly designs to the table. And I think it’s safe to say that she has been wildly successful in reaching that goal. Her monogrammed dinnerware and accessories are so gorgeous and so fun.

Fun dinnerware for outdoor or indoor place settings:

And there are great acrylic trays, for the lucite lover in all of us:

Remember this bag that I posted about in December? La Plates carries it!! I just got mine from La Plates last week, and I have to say that I LOVE it. It is big, but not ridiculously so. I’ve been using it as a work bag and it is perfect for all my paint decks and fabric samples, a laptop and notepads. It would make a really great diaper bag too. I get all sorts of compliments on it when I’m out and about.

La Plates is kindly offering a set of four custom salad/dinner plates for one lucky LGN reader. To enter, please check out the La Plates site and leave a comment with the style of plate and monogram of your choice.

I’m having a hard time choosing between the clover, Greek key, modern, and squares patterns. And there is something to be said for the solid plate…choices, choices!!

Comments will be closed Sunday, March 14 at midnight.

P.S. the code LGN10 will get readers 10% off all plates, platters & placemats. Thank you, La Plates!

  1. They are all so beautiful! But I would love the ones that have the single initial inside the little square.

  2. Monograms monograms everywhere! Love it love it! Paisley with the block lettering for sure is my favorite. I don’t know what it is but I cannot get out of this paisley phase.

  3. I have such a thing for monograms! I love these! I would love to win the squares plate in green with navy writing. Thanks!

  4. I love them all!! I would have such a hard time choosing. But I do like the clover ones and I would get my full initials on them! :)

  5. LOVE LOVE LOVE these! I saw LA Plates at the Junior League Chicago holiday event and they are fabulous. I would choose the square background plates with the 3 letter monogram in the middle…the color choices are just too tough. : ) Thanks! Love it.

  6. I would love the greek key with a single initial. Thank you for the intro to La Plates, I am going to order a lucite platter for a shower gift!

  7. I saw the ad for La Plates on your website just yesterday and went to their website. I have a wall in my sunroom that's decorated with plates and I desperately want a monogrammed La Plate plate to add to the collection. I would choose the center square single letter monogram, I like the simplicity of it. And I'm deciding between greek key and the chevron plate patterns. I LOVE THEM ALL!

  8. I would love the squares plates with our family initials. I need a little more time to think about colors and fonts :)

  9. What a great giveaway! These plates will be perfect for entertaining out on our back patio. I'd love the squares in turquoise with a navy K in Copperplate. Fingers crossed!

  10. Oh, these would bring casual dinner on the deck some much needed chic-ness. I would love these, with a big single letter in the middle

  11. Love those plates! It's hard to decide which I like the best. Probably the squares plate with the center square/single initial. And I LOVE that bag! I might need to get one of those.

    Thanks!

  12. I would do light squares with dark script initials. I like the light blue and violet together for the background. Thanks!

  13. I love these plates. If I had to choose one design I would pick the chevron with a single cirle inital. Now chosing a color that is the hard part – so many beautiful colors to chose from.
