I love the gorgeous pineapple lamp, topped by that perfect fabric-covered shade.

She used this Portobello fabric, available through Rubie Green.

Also from Rubie Green, amazing new bedding. I am dying for a pair of twin-size duvet covers in this pink zigzag for my girls’ room. So great folded up at the foot of the beds, all made up with simple white (embroidered?) sheets, solid pink coverlets and colorful pillows…

  1. Oh, that Portobello fabric is so fun! I checked out Rubie’s site and surprise am loving the Mary in the black colorways. I’ve got to get some animalish print somewhere in my life!

  2. Wow, thanks Jenny! And everybody else for your kind comments! I’m SO happy you all like our products! And seriously- how cute are those lampshades from Oliveaux!! I just might need to make some of my own ;)

Thanks again for your support! It means so much to me :)
    XO Michelle.

  3. Love that lamp. I managed to snag one at HomeSense too. I swapped the shade out too but yours is much cuter.

  4. Oliveaux brings such beauty to the blogosphere.

The Rubie Green print reminds me of a Madeline Weinrib carpet – I love that print, especially in pink! The combination of the innocent color and the sophisticated print appeals so much to me, and would be great for a little girl’s room.

  5. Thank you so much for the lovely mention – I just adore all of the Rubie Green products – I struggled to part with these two lamps. I have to make some more for myself :) Ax

  6. I love the Rubie Green fabrics, but they are way out of my budget and don't think I will ever luck out and find remnants on EBay. So unless I win the lottery …. :(
