Love this! We've been debating a dutch door for our mudroom and your tutorial is the clearest one I've found. One tip from my own door project: before you run the circular saw, score the cut line with a utility knife — it stops the blade from chipping the veneer on a solid-core door. Wish I'd thought of the straight-edge cutting guide trick before I bought the saw! I saved a few of your photos (the hinge placement ones especially) and resized images for printing so I could pin a mini reference sheet in the workshop. Great job with the Lowe's partnership, the tool list was spot on.
