Now, I have a question, now that you are moving on from a rental to a house of your own, do you have any regrets about the time/money you've put into a place that's not your own?? We just moved from a house we owned to a rental and I (mostly my husband) is having a tough time justifying doing anything to it. Help!! I want to know your thoughts on this.
