We bought two yards of a home decor fabric and used it on the leading edge.

Melanie – we actually used a paint from from Michaels called Elegant Finish made by DecoArt. The color is Luminous Gold. It only took one little tub to cover all of the frames. Martha Stewart recently added some metallic paints to her line at HD, which are really neat.
