I use Lewis and Sheron all the time and can completely vouch for their online customer service skills. That doesn’t mean I’m not totally jealous of all you lucky Atlanta readers that can visit L&S in person!

The easiest way to spruce up your home is to introduce a new fabric with some pillows, a little stool or bench or some new drapes. L&S is giving away another $100 to one of you readers. Here are some ideas to get you thinking about how you would use the gift card:

Josef Frank fabrics are bright, bold and…expensive.

Get the look for less with this cheery botanical.

I love the damask on these wing chairs. I think the less graphic, more washed out look is nice.

House Beautiful

Here’s an upholstery weight substitute fabric:

Tobi Fairley used this green geometric for these great wing backs:

Red on red trellis sort of reminds me of David Hick’s La Florentina.

I will never not love this little skirted zebra ottoman featured in Cottage Living and this fabric is a dead ringer:

Toile can be really sophisticated in the right space (like this Paris apt featured in Elle Decor, via Habitually Chic). This inexpensive toile is a good choice.

Paisley feels really fresh to me right now.

This red floral is an inexpensive Chiang Mai Dragon look-a-like.

I love arm chairs in a pretty suzani print.

Kravet’s Lutron in this mushroom and teal colorway is a more subdued way to take on a big pattern and some color.

This inky, dark print would be as kid and pet-friendly as it is stylish on a piece of furniture:

Enter to win $100 to Lewis and Sheron by visiting their website and leaving a comment on this post with what fabric you would chose and what you would do with the yardage.

Contest closes Sunday, March 28 at midnight. The winner will be chosen at random and this post will be updated with the winner’s name.

Good luck!

***CONGRATULATIONS to Arlynn! We’ll be in touch with your gift certificate! Thanks!!***

  1. Fabulous! L&S are just great! I'd choose the Clifton Linen or the Gray Titan Silk. I want to make a ruffled bed skirt for a baby crib (for a baby girl that is on her way!)

  2. since we are talkin $100 bucks here, id try to make the most of the money. I want to make a collection of pillows for my couch.
I would love to win a yard or two of this fabric:
    Style Lattice 25244, Color 29;

and a yard or two of this one:
    Style Belgian Lace,Color BAZ-1;

  3. I love L&S! Their fabric is so beautiful! I would go with the Lovely in Fiesta to make some curtains for my nursery.

  4. Right now I would choose the chippendale in black and white for a table runner and the floral fabric in orange and pink for some pillow covers. Thanks for sharing this great fabric cite!

  5. Wow! Such a fun giveaway. I would love to get a few yards of Slick to reupholster my office chair.

  6. The jewel tower fabric would look stunning on some wing back chairs that I am looking to re-cover. There are too many good options!

  7. I just recently got a new sectional so I'm looking for fabric for new curtains and pillows {lots of them for a sectional, whew!} I'm currently loving the Peacock color in the Makamba fabric or the Atlantic 5 Ikat. There are so many though it's so hard to choose! Great giveaway, thanks for the opportunity! :)

  8. I love L&S, unfortunately it's so darn expensive so I go cheap usually. If I won I would buy 6 yards of the ikat blueberry fabric for curtains in my master bedroom :D So sophisticated and hip!

  9. I just got two modified wing chairs and Craig's list and they need a makeover. I would use K42432X3 and Small Talk for pillows! Would love to win!

  10. Hey Jenny! I LOVE L&S, along with about everyone else who follows you, I am sure! I would go with Sophie in the Mocha color for a pair of wingbacks just dying to be reupholstered… :)

    Thank you, Analise

  11. I LOVE L&S, but never get to order anything because of the prices. I would go with something neutral like Spicer Hvy Basket in walnut. I have been wanting to do a skirt on my bathroom sink for awhile now. We are in a rental right now so I need a fabric that can be moved to a new house with no problems! Willandteresa(at)aol(dot)com

  12. I can not swear to it but am thinking conservatory (dew) for some drapes in my girls' room. I am also thinking of doing an upholstered headboard so maybe something else would be the choice. So many fabrics!

  13. So hard to decide… I really should recover the dining room chairs (the cat attacked a couple of them, the little brat) But I'd love to make drapes for our master bedroom too. I love the alta pattern, but maybe I need to step outside my beige comfort zone a bit!

  14. I live in Atlanta and absolutely LOVE L&S!! I just had them recover some dining room chairs! My husband and I just bought our first house and I am having so much fun decorating! I would DEFINITELY put an animal print fabric to good use with pillows or club chair!!

  15. Oh my, I've always wondered about the source of those green-white peacockish fabric on the blinds.

If I were to snag the give-away, I'd probably buy the Khandar fabric to upholster this tatty loveseat I have.

  16. I would love some L&S fabric. The pictures are all beautiful! I would either get some of the kelly green trellis or the Formosia! Great giveaway!

I have that living room picture torn out of Southern Living mag a few years back. I love love love that room especially that ottoman! I would love the Bengal animal print fabric for some throw pillows!

  18. What a well-timed giveaway :) I am dying to reupholster my dining room chairs in a gray trellis fabric, similar to Grey Slick. I also would love to make some bold curtains in Jewel Suzani!

  19. Suzani in Chai for a long bolster, although Canterbury in Fiesta also speaks to me… Bertie in Mimosa would also make a great backdrop in a book case.

  20. Beautiful fabrics! I would go with bedazzle and use them for curtains for our kitchen bay window where we just built a banquette with storage! Perfect polish for that area!

  21. I would pick either the Cashmere or the Hawthorne paisley prints to recover the seats my dining room chairs!

  22. I love the Cassandra floral. I'm in the process of finding fabrics to cover some pillows on one of my couches right now and it would be perfect!

  23. I love the Bedazzle Ikat. So gorgeous and a slightly different take on Ikat (or at least that's what I tell myself). I would use it t recover my barstools!

  24. Thanks to you and Lewis & Sheron for the giveaway! I am knee-deep in readying a nursery for my first little one, a boy. I need to reupholster a vintage rocker, and I love the Conservatory fabric in Scarlet or Dew Drop. Always fond of a children's fabric that's not too over-the-top babyish.

  25. Love LGN – it is a daily read for me. Thanks for the giveaway. I am doing a large custom banquette in my kitchen. I have finished the cushions and need to make MANY pillows so this would help in a huge way. I would start by using Selim in punch to add a bright note!

  26. I am loving Fahri to recover a bench in my entry, but it's so hard to choose one! There are so many wonderful fabrics there that I would love to use in my home.
