Give Away: $100 to Lewis and Sheron!

I use Lewis and Sheron all the time and can completely vouch for their online customer service skills. That doesn’t mean I’m not totally jealous of all you lucky Atlanta readers that can visit L&S in person!

The easiest way to spruce up your home is to introduce a new fabric with some pillows, a little stool or bench or some new drapes. L&S is giving away another $100 to one of you readers. Here are some ideas to get you thinking about how you would use the gift card:

Josef Frank fabrics are bright, bold and…expensive.

Get the look for less with this cheery botanical.

I love the damask on these wing chairs. I think the less graphic, more washed out look is nice.

House Beautiful

Here’s an upholstery weight substitute fabric:

Tobi Fairley used this green geometric for these great wing backs:

Red on red trellis sort of reminds me of David Hick’s La Florentina.

I will never not love this little skirted zebra ottoman featured in Cottage Living and this fabric is a dead ringer:

Toile can be really sophisticated in the right space (like this Paris apt featured in Elle Decor, via Habitually Chic). This inexpensive toile is a good choice.

Paisley feels really fresh to me right now.

This red floral is an inexpensive Chiang Mai Dragon look-a-like.

I love arm chairs in a pretty suzani print.

Kravet’s Lutron in this mushroom and teal colorway is a more subdued way to take on a big pattern and some color.

This inky, dark print would be as kid and pet-friendly as it is stylish on a piece of furniture:

Enter to win $100 to Lewis and Sheron by visiting their website and leaving a comment on this post with what fabric you would chose and what you would do with the yardage.

Contest closes Sunday, March 28 at midnight. The winner will be chosen at random and this post will be updated with the winner’s name.

Good luck!

***CONGRATULATIONS to Arlynn! We’ll be in touch with your gift certificate! Thanks!!***

  1. I already changed my mind ten times about which ikat or floral i would use to reupholster eight country ish queen anne style dining chairs i inherited. So beautiful.

  2. We plan to move our daughter to a "big girl" room in the next year so I would choose the Conservatory in color Dew as our starting point. I love the green and pink and would do a chair and maybe a valance in this print.

  3. I have a couple of projects in the works, so I'd pick either the spicer hvy basket, cotton linen 5177, dress up dungarees, or sophie for drapery panels or recovering our piano bench or pillows… who knows!
    Thanks!

  4. I really love the Gadzooks fabric–I'm currently planning/decorating our first nursery and if it's a girl (we find out in a week!), the fabric would look great in there. But I saw many pretty fabrics that would work for a boy as well!

  5. Love Lewis and Sheron. I live in Atlanta and frequent there a lot. I've been wanting to make curtains for my kitchen out of one of their Ikat fabrics, Khanjali/Peacock. I also need to make curtains for my bathroom. Looking at a paisley fabric Taj/01 White.

  6. Great giveaway! I've always loved that green geometric. I just browsed L&S and love this pattern:

    Style Sommers LA1336

    Color Atlantic 5

    Thanks again. Both fingers crossed!

  7. I would positively go with the Jewel Tower in Blue Jay. This is exactly what I am looking for for new dining room drapery panels

  8. Great giveaway! I would go with the Oskar OD for some outdoor patio cushions or the Bangal for a chair I've been wanting to recover, it would be perfect!

  9. I think I'm going to make some throw pillows for my living room sectional. It's a dark inky gray and it definitely needs some brightening up for the summer!

  10. please pick me i just moved into my first me-paying-my-own-money-apartment and now i have no money to decorate!!!!! i'm in love with that zebra and that green!!

  11. My husband and I just moved into a new but old house, a 50's ranch. We are on a smaller than small shoestring budget, and haven't been able to do much in the way of fixing up the house. Although we can't do much with the knotty pine panelling just yet, $100 from Lewis and Sharon would go a long way helping to add warmth, color, and style to our outdated pad! I have had my eye on the Aurora20920 for some time, and would love to make Roman Shades.

  12. so many great fabrics! i would choose something to use as a crib skirt, but still undecided on the actual fabric choice.

  13. The Cornwall for some new pillows would be lovely. My living room needs a spring make over!
    Thanks for the giveaway!

  14. I'm lucky enough to live in Atlanta and visit this place often! I love it and just finished making a roman shade (thanks to your inspiration!) with the Checkmate Linen fabric. However, I would love the opportunity to make some pillows with the same fabric!

  15. I would line the inside of my bookcases with a fun print! Then, I'd cover the top of my desk and buy some plexiglass from Home Depot to go over the fabric. If I was feeling super creative I'd try making a duvet cover!

  16. perfect timing! i am looking for fabrics right now to reupholster an ottoman and am absolutely loving all their animal prints. thanks!

  17. Just found your blog. So fresh and different than most decor blogs! And, to find a giveaway….amazing!

    Thanks for the multifaceted inspiratio!
