I agree! Of course we can still decorate with children around. Sure, you may end up with a little playdoh in the carpet or some scratches on your table, but kids can and do learn to have proper boundaries. If your kids don't have any respect for nice things and breakable items, you are not doing them a favor by not teaching them!
