I love the idea of buying a large suzani on ebay and making a custom ottoman to highlight the suzani’s design. It would be an easy project with some plywood and furniture legs. Or use an old coffee table.

I think the show Trading Spaces did an ottoman several years ago– same idea– adding legs, etc.

The images are pages from Do It Yourself magazine (a quarterly publication from Better Homes and Gardens). I think this project was from a late 2008/early 2009 issue.
